SFNE Online Media such as photos, videos, pod casts, and other media MAY NOT be used elsewhere without prior permission from James H.  If you wish to use any form of media on this site elsewhere besides the SFNE Online Forums please seek permission from the indicated contact method on the staff page.  Anyone found in violation of this policy will be asked to remove the content in question or legal action will be taken.  Use of any material on this web site may not be used for profit in any way shape or form.

Privacy Policy

Information or media submitted to SFNE Online (if or if not used) becomes copyright of the web site.  You agree that any information submitted may be used at the discretion of SFNE Online with our without permission from the owner.  Our online community requires all members to be at least 13 years old.  Creation of a community account requires members to read and agree to the terms of use and forum rules.  Community members understand and acknowledge that their account may be removed at any time for any reason.  Information posted in the online community may be used elsewhere on the web site without the owner’s permission.  All material posted is subject to moderation and can be deleted at any time.  SFNE Online uses non-evasive cookies to keep track of personal information for our online community. 

Park Rules & SFNE Online

SFNE Online complies with all Six Flags New England park rules.  All SFNE Online members are expected and required to do the same. If it is determined that a member is in violation of park rules their account will be promptly deleted or banned. If contacted, SFNE Online will provide any information to Six Flags or the authorities.

On-ride PHOTOS or VIDEO
Photos or Discussion of Illegal Activity
Violation of any Six Flags New England Park Rules
Trespassing in Restricted Areas
Use of copyright Six Flags Trademarks such as official logos
